Located in the peaceful, green surrounds of Northcliff, this project involved the transformation of a 60-year-old heritage home into a serene and modern retreat for a beautiful, wholesome family. With the natural beauty of the area as inspiration, the goal was to create a Japandi-style interior that combines the simplicity of Japanese design with the warmth of Scandinavian aesthetics.
We carefully preserved the original character of the home while upgrading and extending the space to suit the family’s lifestyle better. These new additions offer more space to connect, grow, and create lasting memories.
The interior features a calm and neutral colour palette, enhanced by natural textures such as timber, stone, and linen. Each element was thoughtfully selected to bring a sense of balance, comfort, and timeless elegance to the space.
This home is now a gentle blend of old charm and new functionality, offering a peaceful haven designed for modern family living.
